Working with Physical and Learning Disabilities

Kerry has worked in a Specialist Physical Disability Team and has undertaken many Best Interest Assessments for people with a Brain Injury or Learning Disability.  Kerry has worked with people with many health conditions such as Athritis, Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis and Stroke. 

Kerry has good links locally with speciliast services and will signpost you where appropriate.

Kerry was also commissioned to help set up a local Sensory Needs Service in West Berkshire when the Unitary Authorities disbanded.  This gave an insight in to working with Sight and Hearing Impaired and Kerry passed her level 1 British Sign Language Training although this is a little rusty these days!
